Security Doors Skydas Standart
This door is made of durable metal with thermal insulation, known as a good thermal and sound isolating door, it’s ideal for private villa. It has a Belgian certify Umidax HLS, which attest door’s waterproof. Skydas Standart door retains its characteristics even after suffering physical damage. It has polyurethane paint, that assure you will not get discolour for many years. You can choose a fire resistant version of this door.

Standard door set
- Door frame – bent L-shaped profile fixed in the door by 8 pins. It contains wool or foam that turn it in a good thermal isolator.
- Door leaf – special bent meta structure; 50 mm rock wool from total width of the leaf 75 mm.
- Hinges with supporting bearings, covered with chrome-plated finishing caps – 2 pieces.
- Protective roll pins for door hinges.
- Two pieces insulation seals.

Stops loosing heat out
Could be 100% thermally insulated by 50 mm rock wool, as the bent profile leaf structure does not have closed cavities. The L-shaped bent frame and threshold Exclusive tightness is ensured by threshold and the L-shaped bent, as an additional seal is applied (2 seals in total).
Thermal transmittance of SKYDAS STANDART is 1.3 W/(m2–K), i.e. the same like of 6-chamber plastic windows (the lower the transmittance, the more heat is held in). This kind of door is suitable for: an apartment, a private house (with materials suitable for outdoor conditions).
Good sound and heat insulation
Due to the above mentioned full thermal insulation materials used, the sound insulation of the this door is 41 dB.
This door is tight and therefore shuts out all odours from the outside.
With additional fire resistant components it can protect from fire for 45 minutes and withstand the temperature of 1000ºC. The certificate was issued by Inspecta Estonia OU, No. 1527-CPD-0017. The fire can spread from the garage and the boiler room doors too. These also have to meet fire protection requirements.
Durable and lasting, convenient to use
Amada is the name of programmed machines that manufacture All SKYDAS doors. Amada can process metal with the precision of 0.1 mm, therefore, door’s construction is precisely accurate and straight. Hinges have supporting bearings, so the doors can be easy open and close, despite of his weight specific to metal doors. Our automation tests indicated that after 100,000 cycles of opening and closing, the entire door remained completely intact.
The entire metal construction has been covered in powder coating, which ensures long-term protection against corrosion.
The door is certified Belgian board Umidax HLS (waterproof), which can be milled without bothering about bulging, flaking or losing its characteristics.
If there is any necessity, door’s finish can be replaced.
It is recommended to use galvanized steel RUUKKI for entrance door construction.
Simple to take care of
Painted door finish is easy to clean with non-abrasive cleaners.
We have almost 200 standard carvings, but we can also produce the doors according to individual prefferences.
Doors can be with the glazing of various shapes, single leaf, double leaf, with arch, etc.
If you need a higher security leve, we suggest you to choose security doors SKYDAS STANDART 2, SKYDAS STANDART 3, or SKYDAS PREMIUM, which resistance was certified in laboratory IFT Rosenheim, Germany. These door models were created applying the knowledge of the mentioned laboratory.

The door is manufactured precisely according to necessary measurements.
Fire resistance EI45 of the fire resistant door is applicable to measurements up to 2100x 980 mm. If the height or width is increased by 15% (but not more than 20% of the total area), fire resistance will be EI30.
